Terms & Conditions — Pacific Northwest Porta Potty Rentals

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the rental of porta potty and related sanitation services provided by Pacific Northwest Porta Potty Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or renting equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or our services.

1. Information We Collect

Pacific Northwest Porta Potty Rentals provides portable toilet rentals, including standard units, ADA-compliant units, handwashing stations, and related services throughout the Pacific Northwest. Services may include delivery, scheduled servicing, maintenance, and pickup, depending on the rental agreement.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Rental Agreements & Orders

All rentals are subject to acceptance by Pacific Northwest Porta Potty Rentals. A rental agreement may be formed through written confirmation, email, phone authorization, or invoice.

Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing is based on unit type, rental duration, service frequency, and delivery location

  • Prices quoted are subject to change if rental details change

  • Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking

  • Late payments may result in service suspension, additional fees, or unit removal

All applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges may be added where required by law.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and safe access to the delivery location

  • Stable, level ground for unit placement

  • No obstructions for service vehicles

Failed delivery or pickup attempts due to inaccessible sites may result in additional charges. Pickup dates must be scheduled in advance. Units not ready for pickup may incur extra rental fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

During the rental period, the customer agrees to:

  • Use the equipment only for its intended purpose

  • Prevent misuse, vandalism, or relocation without authorization

  • Keep units accessible for servicing

  • Notify us promptly of damage, tipping, or sanitation issues

The customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Cleaning & Servicing

Scheduled servicing is included only if specified in the rental agreement. Servicing generally includes waste removal, cleaning, deodorizing, and restocking supplies.

Extra servicing requests may result in additional charges. Unsanitary conditions caused by misuse are not considered a service failure.

7. Damage, Loss & Theft

The customer assumes responsibility for the rented equipment during the rental period.

Charges may apply for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Vandalism or graffiti
  • Loss or theft of units or components

Units damaged due to severe weather or environmental conditions may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking

  • Late cancellations may incur fees

  • Changes to delivery dates, quantities, or locations may affect pricing

Same-day cancellations or refusals of delivery may result in full charges.

9. Compliance & Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and site requirements, including:

  • Local placement rules
  • Event or construction permits
  • Accessibility requirements when applicable

We are not responsible for violations caused by improper placement or unauthorized relocation of units.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pacific Northwest Porta Potty Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from misuse of rented equipment

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Northwest Porta Potty Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of equipment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws
